Aura Botanica – New From Kerastase

Aura Botanica is a natural origin ingredient range from Kerastase. Developed in 2017, Kerastase adds three new styling products for 2018 plus an all new Aura Botanica Bain Micellaire Riche for dryer, sensitized hair. The products are silicone, sulphate and paraben free which is great news for our hair. Especially if you wear extensions like myself. I am extremely fussy in regards to what I will put on my hair. I take extra care of it due to my Blonde and my extensions. I usually can’t review hair care products or recommend them on my social media. When this seems so promising, and so natural, I made the exception. Today I’ll talk you through three of the products from the range.

Aura Botanica Bain Micellaire Riche

A rich moisturizing shampoo for dry or sensitized hair. It claims to provide 48 hours of deep durable nutrition to hair as well as acting as a pollution shield. Now I love the sound of that. Pollution protection is filtering into so many of our skin care and make up products now. It was only time before we started wanting it for our hair. The shampoo contains Amazonian Brazil Nut Oil, and Thai Rice Bran Oil. It smells delicious and has the signature Kerastase packaging. You can purchase for 26 euro.

Aura Botanica Lait De Soie

The Lait De Soie is a styling milk that claims to tackle frizz and up to 90% humidity for 96 hours. It also acts as a heat protector up to 230 degrees. Again, I need this. I style with heat and my hair hates humidity! It contains ingredients of 99% natural origin like Moroccan Argan Oil and Samoan Coconut Oil. Retailing for 29.80 euro and you get 150mls of product.

Aura Botanica Creme De Boucles

A blowdry cream designed for curly hair, Vreme De Boucles promises to keep your curls defined, bouncy and free from frizz for 96 hours. It also has the same thermo protection as Lait De Soie. This product contains Amazonian Murumuru Butter and retails at 29.80.

There is a fourth product called Eau De Vagues with is a beach wave effect blowdry mist. It promises texture but without the crunch! The spray is due for release soon and I am going to try and get my hands on it. I will give all of these products a road test over the coming weeks so be sure and follow me on Instagram to see how I get on.
