   Great tips – thanks & im ashamed to say that up until very recently I thought the SPF in my foundation is enough protective.

   Apart from P20 which only appeals to me for holiday usage I’ve never seen any of the products you featured in pharmacies. My question is would you recommend Vichy or La Roche Posay or a brand I can get in shops? Thanks a mill x
