Grain Free Sugar Free Granola 


This granola is a game changer. It’s grain free and sugar free. Which means it’s low in carbs and high in heart healthy fats! It is so easy to make. Now I know some of you will say that the artificial sweetener in the syrup is bad etc.. And I would agree but you are consuming such small quantities. I believe no harm will come.


You will need:

1 cup of Almonds

1 cup of pecans

1 cup of sunflower seeds

1 cup of pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons coconut oil melted

2 tablespoons of MyProtein  Butterscotch Syrup

2 generous tablespoons of cinnamon

2 scoops of MyProtein Vanilla Impact Whey

Blitz the pecans and almonds to a fine rubble in a food processor. Add to a large mixing bowl.

Add the seeds and Protein powder and toss to mix.

Over a medium heat melt the coconut oil, cinnamon and syrup untill combined. Add to dry ingredients.

Mix untill everything is coated and put into a baking tray.

Bake untill crispy, stirring every 5 minutes so it doesn’t burn. Approx 20 mins.

It’s tastes unbelievable!!! Mine makes 20 portions at 30g each.  Macros per 30g are:

Cals: 152 Carbs: 3G Protein: 6g Fat: 13g

    This looks so awesome! Sometimes I feel guilty about putting too much sugary granola in my yogurt, but this recipe is a game changer!

    Sound good. Have you thought about brown rice syrup instead?
